Early stages
When you are still at the very early stages of a project, we are able to offer information, advice, and support.
We can advise on site assessments, pre-planning, development options, layouts, and scheme concepts.

Pre-construction
We can take you through pre-planning applications, and all the local authority consent processes.
The design process starts with initial meetings to discuss your requirements. We then provide sketch designs for discussion.
Once the design is finalised, we take it through to detailed design stage, and production of the working drawings package for construction.

On-site
We can assist with finding a construction firm, the tender process, and appointing contractors.
Once your job is on site we can offer site inspection services, or a more complete Construction Management package.
