    We co-ordinate with the contractors to manage operations on the construction site, ensuring that works progress according to plan.

  3. Health and Safety Compliance:
    We ensure you are compliant with CDM Regulations: a legal requirement for you to put in place. This ensures all workers follow best practices to minimise hazards on site.

  4. Quality Control:
    We monitor the quality of workmanship and materials throughout the build, conducting inspections and working with building control officers to ensure each phase meets Building Regulations and the required contract standards.

  5. Budget and Cost Control:
    We will manage your project budget and spend. We can also manage subcontractor payments and valuations ensuring the work is done as per contract prior to any payments being made.

  6. Client & Contractor Communication:
    We act as the main point of contact between you and the on-site team , providing updates on progress, issues, and milestones.

  7. Problem Solving and Decision Making:
    On building projects, unexpected challenges are to be expected! These can include delays due to weather, supply shortages, or design changes. We make the decisions required to keep the project moving forward.

  8. Supports Sustainability and Compliance Goals
    With increasing emphasis on sustainable construction and regulatory requirements (e.g., Part L for energy efficiency), we play a role in implementing greener practices, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing—helping you meet your environmental targets.
